DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT - LiftPro
You can delete your LiftPro account and personal data at any time.
Option 1: Delete inside the app (customers)
- Open the LiftPro app and log in.
- Go to Profile (bottom menu).
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. You must have no bookings in progress and no pending payments.
Option 2: Request by email (customers, service providers and suppliers)
Email support@liftprotech.com from your registered email, or mention your registered mobile number, with the subject "Delete my LiftPro account". We will verify and delete your account within 7 working days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email, address, business and KYC details, and login.
- You will no longer be able to log in.
What we keep
- Booking, invoice and payment records, without your personal details, for up to 5 years as required by accounting and tax rules.
