At LiftPro (a brand of Sree Elevators), we value your privacy. This policy explains how LiftPro (App and websites https://www.liftprotech.com, https://www.myliftpro.in) collects and uses data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- a) Personal Info: Name, Phone Number, Email, Building/Society Name, Address, Role (Customer / Service Provider / Supplier)
- b) Lift Info: Lift make, capacity, number of floors, AMC start/end date, service history, complaint photos
- c) Device Info: Device model, OS, App version, crash logs
- d) Location: Approximate building location for assigning nearest technician (only when you raise a complaint)
We DO NOT collect sensitive personal data like Aadhaar, bank account details in the app. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateway.
2. HOW WE USE DATA
- To provide AMC reminders, breakdown service, and technician assignment
- To send service completion reports, invoices, AMC renewal alerts
- To improve app performance and customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your data. We share only with
- Our technicians and service team to attend complaints
- Payment gateway partners for processing payments
- Legal authorities if required by law
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Data is stored on secure cloud servers in India. We use encryption, access control and regular backups. We retain data for 5 years from last AMC as per accounting norms.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@liftprotech.com. You can also delete your account from App > Profile > Delete Account.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our service is not for children under 13.
7. THIRD PARTY LINKS
App may contain links to WhatsApp, payment gateways. Their policies apply.
8. CHANGES TO POLICY
We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance.
