Welcome to LiftPro, a brand of Sree Elevators.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing or using our App/Website https://www.liftprotech.com and https://www.myliftpro.in, you agree to these Terms.
2. ABOUT OUR SERVICE
LiftPro is a platform operated by Sree Elevators that connects customers with verified service providers (vendors) for lift, escalator and parking services, including Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), breakdown and repair, installation and modernization, and with suppliers for lift spare parts. Services are carried out by Sree Elevators and by verified vendors listed on the platform.
3. USER ACCOUNT
- You must provide accurate details (Name, Phone, Building/Society Name, Lift Details)
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or false complaints.
4. AMC & SERVICE BOOKING
- AMC charges are as per quotation provided.
- Breakdown services will be attended within the SLA mentioned in your AMC (usually 2-4 hours in Hyderabad).
- For non-AMC customers, visiting charges may apply.
5. PAYMENT
- All payments for AMC, parts, and services shall be made via authorized payment modes in the App.
- Any spare parts replaced will be charged extra unless covered under comprehensive AMC.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack, or upload false information.
- You shall ensure safe access to lift machine room and pit for our technicians.
- Power supply, civil work is under customer scope unless agreed.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sree Elevators (brand: LiftPro) is not liable for any indirect loss due to lift downtime, power failure, misuse of lift by users, or force majeure events. Lift safety depends on proper usage as per guidelines.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
App name LiftPro, logo, content, software are property of Sree Elevators (brand: LiftPro). You may not copy or reproduce.
9. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access if terms are violated.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by laws of India, jurisdiction Hyderabad, Telangana.
